Why is there a timezone difference between my dashboard and email activity reports?

Why you might notice a difference between the activity report in your dashboard and email activity reports

Due to the way the automated email generates your activity reports, all Activity Report Email PDFs are currently delivered in TrustAd HQ's local time, which is Greenwich Meantime GMT (London).

Activity report information delivered within TrustAds is delivered in your local timezone.

What if I'm based outside of the UK?

Your activity report PDFs will still be delivered in GMT.

Please note that we're working to allow customisation of PDF report timezones.
