How to reset a forgotten password in TrustAds
Hey, we've all done it. You can reset your password by following the steps below:
1. Click Forgot Password? From the TrustAds login page
2. Send a reset password link
Type in your email address - make sure this is the one linked to your TrustAds account.
Hit the Send Password Reset Link button.
N.B. You'll receive a confirmation that your link has been sent.
3. Click the Reset Password link in your email
4. Choose your new password
From the password reset screen, type your TrustAds account email address into the Email box.
Add your new password in the Password and Password Confirmation boxes.
Hit that Reset Passsword button!
N.B. Your reset password link will expire after 60 minutes. If your link is no longer valid, repeat the above steps to generate a new one.
That's it!
Once you've reset your password, you'll be logged in to TrustAds and can continue to use your new password in the future.
