How to create a feature request for TrustAds
Submit a ticket with the category Feature Request
You can access the page by selecting Submit Ticket at the top of the Help Centre, or by clicking here.
Fill in the required details, including a brief overview of the request as a subject heading.
Remember to set the Support Category to Feature Request.
This will ensure the request can be appropriately assessed and sent to our developers.
What happens next?
Once your request has been submitted, we'll be in contact to let you know whether:
- The requested feature already exists and where to find it
- The request has already been made and what the current status is
- The request is already in the product pipeline
- The request is new and will be reviewed
We'll do our best to give you as much information as possible as to whether the feature is likely to be implemented. If we're able to give any timelines we will do so and we'll let you know as soon as a feature you've requested is live.
